Compliance Hotline

The HSC Health Care System has instituted a Compliance Hotline, for anyone (employee, supervisor, vendor, member, provider or patient) who knows of, or suspects, any inappropriate, unethical or questionable activity – including any illegal disclosure and use of patient health information.

The Compliance Hotline is intended to provide a private means to report issues that are considered important. The phone number to the Compliance Hotline is 202- 454-1223 or use the form that has been provided below. Users of the Compliance Hotline will not be retaliated against by managers or supervisors for reporting incidents. Information you provide will be reviewed, investigated and treated as confidential and private. The findings will be reported back to the inquirer, if a name is given. Inquiries may also be submitted anonymously.

Please do not use the Compliance Hotline to report human resource issues. These matters should be handled by the Department of Human Resources. If the complaint involves alleged sexual harassment or discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or veteran status, then contact the V.P. of Human Resources of the HSC Health Care System.
