Customer Care Services Department

As a valued member, we welcome you to Health Services for Children with Special Needs (HSCSN). HSCSN provides comprehensive care coordination for every one of our enrollees and our Customer Care Department is dedicated specifically to serving you and your child’s needs.

HSCSN offers special benefits to our enrollees which means you still get all of the services that the Department of Health Care Finance provides and more. You’ll have a Care Manager who helps ensure that your child, or youth, gets the care your Primary Care Doctor prescribes.
